We are looking for a Rigmaster for 90m+ dual season Charter SY Programme!
This is an exciting opportunity for a competent sailor with solid rig and deck experience to join one of the world’s most impressive sailing yachts. The position offers a great balance of rig maintenance, sail repair, ropework, and deck duties.
You’ll work closely with the Bosun, managing your own workload and rig maintenance schedule—so strong time management and self-motivation are essential.
They operate as a charter programme with an exciting itinerary ahead and several charters confirmed for the Caribbean
You will be joining a professional, long-standing team with excellent longevity—particularly across the Heads of Department. The crew are social, active, and love getting involved in watersports and beach days.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years’ experience as Bosun on a 40m+ SY programme
- Strong sailing, splicing, and sail repair skills
- Confident tender driver
- Engineering understanding beneficial
- Yachtmaster Offshore (Sail) preferred
- B1B2 in hand plus a Schengen visa or EU passport
