We are looking for a Bosun for a 40m private MY based in the States
The Owners are a relaxed couple who enjoy using the boat in their down time
The yacht will cruise the West Coast visiting San Diego with a shipyard period planned after this
The Role
We’re looking for a Bosun or experienced Lead Deckhand ready to step up. You’ll take charge of daily deck operations, assist through upcoming yard periods, and play a key role in running guest activities and excursions.
Requirements:
- YMO in hand (minimum)
- Confident tender driver in larger tenders over 30ft
- Solid deck maintenance experience & leadership ability
- B1B2 In hand or right to work in the US
- Excellent guest interaction and communication skills
- Mature, hands-on, and proactive attitude
Salary: 5000 USD
