Summary
We are seeking a deckhand to join a private 35m motor yacht,
The yacht will remain in port over the winter awaiting a sale, all crew will be transferred to the owners new vessel offering an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a stable role with great work-life balance.
What We’re Looking For:
- YMO in hand ideally
- 6 months + experience on a similar programme
- Strong tender-driving skills is a bonus
- EU or UK passport holder (due to location requirements).
- A team player with a positive approach who fits into a social crew environment.
Package:
- Salary: DOE
- Leave: 2.5 days per month, but with extra flexibility — most crew receive an additional month off annually.
- Weekends off, relaxed working schedule, supportive owner and crew.
