Summary

• 90m Dual season Private/Charter yacht are seeking a Bosun to join them Mid October – flexible on start date for the right candidate

• This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy yacht with a good mixture of owner and charter usage! They have confirmed and booked charters for the Christmas/New year period

• The yacht is coming off the back of a busy and successful Med season with plenty of charters

• They are looking for an established Bosun who can nurture and support the deck team whilst delivering excellent maintenance and tender driving training to the team on deck

• The boat plans to cross to the Caribbean in the next few months ready for another busy season and will cross back to the Med at the start of next Summer. This is a busy yacht so they need someone with a good amount of grit and able to work at fast pace with a high level of detail!

• Fantastic crew areas on the yacht and the team are close knit and enjoy spending time together outside of work playing team sports

• Must be confident in front of guests and able to lead the team in all operations and able to jump in tenders and drive guests

• On offer is a salary of 5000+ Euros, 3:1 rotation, 13^th month bonus, even split of tips and an excellent training budget for courses

Essential Qualifications

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
