The Candidate Specification
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Temporary Chef to join a 29M private yacht cruising the Mediterranean. The successful candidate will be confident in cooking for a boss trip for a week and the remaining contract will be cooking crew food, healthy, and well-balanced meal. As this is a smaller vessel, the chef must be versatile, able to work independently, and willing to assist with provisioning, stock management, and galley upkeep. The role requires someone creative, well-organised, and ready to step into the program with minimal handover, ensuring smooth operations for the duration of the contract.
- Required experience: Previous experience as a sole/temporary yacht chef or high-end hospitality background
