The Candidate Specification
We are looking for a professional and experienced Senior Housekeeper to join an 80M+ private and charter yacht.
The ideal candidate will have proven Housekeeping experience on similar-sized vessels. You should demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to train, support, and guide junior crew. A proactive and adaptable attitude, combined with strong communication and teamwork, is essential, especially in a busy charter environment. Longevity and a proven track record on board large yachts will be highly regarded. The yacht will be in the shipyard over winter, providing ample time for training and preparation ahead of the 2026 charter season
