The Candidate Specification
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deckhand to join a 70M+ private and charter yacht for a temporary contract, with the possibility of the role becoming permanent. The ideal candidate will be a true plug-and-play addition to the team, bringing prior yachting experience, a strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude. This position will include two to three private trips during the stint, so the ability to adapt quickly and integrate smoothly with the crew is essential. Additional skill sets such as tender driving, watersports assistance, maintenance, or trade skills will be highly regarded. The right candidate will be hands-on, energetic, and keen to deliver high standards both on deck and with guest operations.
