The Candidate Specification
We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Service Stewardess to join an 80M+ private and charter yacht. The ideal candidate will have at least two seasons' experience on similar-sized vessels (or slightly smaller), with strong service skills and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You should be confident, motivated, and capable of adapting to both high-pressure charter environments and structured downtime during shipyard periods. A polished, positive, and team-focused attitude is essential, along with a passion for service and an eagerness to grow within a professional and supportive crew environment. The yacht will be in the shipyard over winter, providing ample time for training and preparation ahead of the 2026 charter season.
