The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a reliable and proactive temporary deckhand to join for a few weeks. The ideal candidate will be confident in tender driving, adaptable, and able to quickly integrate into an existing deck team. This role is perfect for someone with prior experience on similar yachts who can hit the ground running and assist with daily deck operations efficiently. A Yachtmaster Coastal qualification is a bonus but not essential.
As a temporary deckhand, your responsibilities will include tender driving, assisting with general deck maintenance, and supporting the senior deck team with daily operations. The position requires a hands-on, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment for a short-term contract.
