The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a motivated and professional service stewardess to join a high-end private yacht. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a service role onboard a similar-sized vessel and be confident in providing high-quality, guest-facing service. Fluency in English is essential, and the candidate must demonstrate the ability to integrate smoothly into a multi-national crew. The candidate should be detail-oriented, adaptable, and prepared to maintain the highest standards for both guest and crew areas.
As a service stewardess, you will report directly to the Lead Service and assist in all aspects of guest service. When guests are on board, your focus will be on delivering exceptional food and beverage service and ensuring a polished guest experience. When guests are off, you will support the team in maintaining crew and guest areas to impeccable standards. Duties include assisting the service team under the guidance of lead staff, maintaining cleanliness and presentation of all areas, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
