The Candidate Specification
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Deckhand. The successful candidate will bring verifiable maintenance skills, strong product knowledge, and excellent varnishing ability (both spray and brush). Tender handling and maintenance, including minor repairs, is essential, as is hands-on experience with watersports and charter operations. A strong, positive attitude is required, alongside a genuine interest in developing a long-term career within yachting. An understanding of stock control systems will also be highly beneficial. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of responsibilities on deck while working as part of a professional, motivated team.
- Required experience: At least 2-3 years experience
- Qualification: STCW, ENG1 & Yacht Rating
- Required Visa: Valid B1/B2 Visa
