2nd Officer

Summary

• 1^st officer required for a 100m+ Private World cruising motor yacht – to join end of October to align with rotations

• Must hold CM Unlimited and have yacht experience – unfortunately we are unable to consider commercial candidates transferring over without prior yacht experience

• You must have 1+ years yacht experience – ideally they are looking for an experienced 2^nd officer coming from similar size yacht and looking to step up and work extremely closely with the chief officer

• The role is heavily bridge based and you will be responsible for all the bridge management, admin, safety and security whilst being confident leading drills and maintaining compliance

• Interesting cruising and current plans include cruising the Pacific for the Winter and crossing back to the Med next year for Summer season

• They run a busy program with a lot of operations and sea time. Long standing Captain onboard and good longevity within the deck team

• Package is DOE. Salary range will be disclosed during initial calls. Time for time (2:2), single cabin – Full package TBD

Essential Qualifications

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• Reg II/2 CoC Chief Mate (Unlimited) / Master <3000gt
