The Candidate Specification
We are currently seeking a stewardess to join a professionally run private yacht. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn. While prior hospitality experience in land-based roles is preferred, transferable skills to yachting are welcomed.
The interior team is structured as follows: 2nd Stewardess, Service Stewardess, and 3 additional Stewards/Stewardesses. As part of this team, you will be involved in all aspects of interior operations, including housekeeping, laundry duties, and light service. You will also assist with guest-focused tasks such as welcome towels and table decoration.
Although the yacht is currently for sale, it remains fully operational and offers an excellent environment for learning and professional development. You will have the opportunity to attend the Monaco Yacht Show and assist with events involving ultra-high-net-worth guests.
