We are seeking a polished and dynamic Chief Stewardess to join a busy programme, starting in October. The ideal candidate will have proven charter experience, having thrived in fast-paced environments where excellent organisation, stamina, and guest focus are essential. The owners are happy to consider an exceptionally strong Second Stew ready to step up, provided they have extensive busy charter experience. Longevity is key, and the successful candidate must be prepared to commit for at least 2-3 years, contributing to a stable and professional interior team. You should be confident, highly presentable, and bring a positive, motivated attitude, with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service and leading from the front. The role also offers an excellent training package, ensuring continued professional growth.
