The Candidate Specification
We are looking for a motivated and professional Head of House to join a busy private and charter yacht. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in housekeeping within a high-volume yacht environment, with excellent leadership skills and a genuine passion for maintaining immaculate standards. You should be confident managing and motivating a housekeeping team, fostering a supportive and organised work environment while leading by example. Candidates from South Africa will be happily considered for this role. The right individual will be detail-focused, proactive, and calm under pressure, ensuring a seamless guest experience on both private and charter trips.
