Sous Chef - 75m Private/Charter MY
We’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join one of the best programs we work with, a 75m dual-season private/charter yacht known for its incredible crew culture, longevity, and busy schedule.
The Role:
As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver world-class cuisine across both guest and crew operations. You’ll be stepping into a busy, high-standard program where creativity, organisation, and adaptability are highly valued. The galley is well-run and supportive, offering the chance to develop your skills while contributing your own flair.
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid background as a Sous Chef or Sole Chef on similar-sized vessels or high-end establishments ashore.
- Confident in a wide range of cuisines, with the ability to adapt menus to both charter and private guest preferences.
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage provisioning, galley cleanliness.
- A collaborative approach, happy to work closely with the Head Chef but also able to take initiative when needed.
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and resilience for a dual-season, busy program.
