Head of Housekeeping – 75m Private/Charter MY
We’re looking for an experienced Head of Housekeeping to join one of the best programs we work with — a 75m dual-season private/charter yacht known for its incredible crew culture, longevity, and busy schedule.
The Role:
As Head of Housekeeping, you’ll lead a tight-knit team (3–4 girls during guest periods) and play a key role in ensuring the highest standards are maintained across this dynamic program. You’ll be rotating with the current H/HK, with a full handover to set you up for success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership and delegation skills — able to motivate and manage the team with confidence.
- Experience with Pinpoint Work and Sortly onboard systems.
- Initiative and a proactive mindset — the Chief Stew gives plenty of freedom, so bringing fresh ideas is encouraged.
- Ability to create and manage worklists, lead during guest-on trips, and keep the flow strong when guest-off.
The Package:
- Rotation: 2:2
- Salary: $4,500–$5,000 DOE
- Start: ASAP (within 3 weeks)
- Location: Joining in France, heading to Villanova for 5 weeks before crossing to the Caribbean in November.
