Summary
We’re looking for a Head Chef to join a 55m private, world-cruising yacht. Start early October in Europe, with an itinerary through Madeira, Caribbean, Bahamas and Florida.
The Role
- Sole Chef position with own cabin
- Owners enjoy healthy, Mediterranean-style, pescatarian/vegetarian meals; children prefer simple classics (pasta, pizza, chicken wings)
- Crew of 13 – hearty, healthy meals on schedule, plus “weekend food” when off charter
- Well-equipped galley with walk-in fridge/freezer and entertainment screen
- Bread, pastry and dessert skills a big plus
