A 42m EXPLORER Motor Yacht is looking for a male DECKHAND to join their team!
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to be a part of a well-established team with lovely American Owners, grow in the industry, work hard and travel the world.
We are looking for someone with at least one season's experience, who is comfortable driving jet tenders. Ideally someone who comes from a boating background or has sailing as a hobby. A practical, energetic, athletic person with a good sense of humour.

Start date: 15 September 2025.
Start location: Florida.
Salary: 3800 USD (increasing to 4000 USD after probation).
Leave: 38 days pa (with potential additional leave if yacht uses DYT for transatlantic crossings)
Itinerary: Very exciting itinerary as this is an Explorer Vessel which has previously been to the Galapogas. Upcoming itinerary includes Bahamas, Italy, Norway and the Polar circle!
Crew: Total 9. Deck team of 3 (Deckhand, Bosun, Chief Officer).
Qualifications: Yacht rating essential, Yacht Master Offshore preferred.
Certificates: ENG1 (valid for at least one more year).
STCW (valid for at least one more year).
Visas: B1/B2 (essential, valid for at least two more years).
Schengen visa (essential, valid for at least two more years).
Additional: Non-Smoker (including vaping).
No special dietary & medication requirements.
Flights: 1 repatriation flight p.a.
Cabins: Shares with another male crew member.
We are looking for someone with great time management skills, who is willing to contribute, go the extra mile, is always tidy, has an eye for detail and is well presented.
Due to visa regulations on SEAs, only candidates outside of USA are able to apply as SEAs need to be signed before entering USA.
