A 37m private sailing yacht is seeking a dedicated, hands-on Sole Engineer to join their calm, family-style program currently cruising Fiji and the South Pacific. This is a beautifully maintained vessel with welcoming elderly American owners who truly value their crew and reward loyalty with long-term training opportunities.
You’ll be responsible for the full operation and maintenance of all onboard systems, expected to run your own department with a solutions-focused attitude. Owners and the Captain especially value crew who are patient, understanding that life on a sailing yacht can take time, and who enjoy stepping in to help wherever needed.

Requirements:
AEC 1/2 minimum with solid sailing yacht background
STCW, ENG1 in hand
