Summary
We are looking for an experienced Deckhand to join an 85m private motor yacht, with a start date around the 20th of September.
To be considered, you’ll need 1–1.5 years of yachting experience, ideally with at least a year spent on the same vessel. B1/B2 visa in hand is essential. YM preferred but not essential.
This is a rotational position with a 3:1 schedule. Salary will be discussed based on experience, and there is a bonus scheme in place as well as ongoing training opportunities.
The yacht will cross to the US around November/December, with a likely Caribbean season to follow, before returning to Europe for a scheduled yard period in 2026.
