Summary
ROTATIONAL HEAD CHEF 50M+ RESEARCH VESSEL
We are seeking an experienced Chef to join a 50m+ expedition vessel undergoing some very interesting research projects in the Sth Pacific and beyond. The role is to manage the galley, working alongside another experienced Chef, provisioning and cooking high quality food for the 30 onboard - crew, guests and scientists.
Candidates will hold at least 2-3 years maritime experience, ideally some experience as Head Chef or Sole Chef cooking for similar numbers. We're looking for proven Galley Management and ideally some experience provisioning in remote locations.
- This is a rotational role offering 6 weeks on / 6 weeks off
- Salary is paid in USD and is DOE
- Start date is ASAP
