We are searching for an experienced Head Chef with a wealth of high-end restaurant/Michelin experience behind them. We are looking for a Chef at the top of their game!
- The program is looking for a chef with an interesting background so are keen to hear from those with niche skillsets and specialties.
- This is a private program with an interesting itinerary, think off the beaten track cruising!
- Great team onboard, if you enjoy getting off of the vessel to be adventurous then this is the program for you - think diving and more!
- Owners who are really into their food so there is a lot of opportunities to express your creativity and develop.
- Skills and knowledge on Japanese cuisine or other specialities is advantageous.
Package:
- Salary is DOE but very competitive.
- 2:2 rotation
