Summary
Bosun position:
We are looking for a Bosun to join a 75m in Malta
Must have minimum 2yrs as bosun on a 60m+.
Once the refit is finished the plan to to go to the US to collect the new tenders then head off to Galapagos then into the Pacific for 2026-2027
Suitable for someone that wants to get sea time as we will be lots of miles and exploring great places with the owner.
Someone with great deck skills and leadership to run a deck team of 5. Self motivated with a strong seamanship back ground
We have a training budget for the crew and is available after spending more than 12 months onboard
We also have a strict no smoking policy including vapes as well as no alcohol onboard and we do have random drug & alcohol testing.

For the right person we are a great boat and we are going to be going to some incredible place in the coming years and definitely off the beaten track
