We’re seeking a motivated Deckhand to join our crew as the vessel completes a refit period before a crossing in spring 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a dynamic, adventure-driven program with a real off the beaten track itinerary. Plenty of sea time and growth ahead.
Looking For:

- Keen to learn and grow within the program
- Confident with deck operations and basic maintenance
- Positive presence onboard during a busy refit phase
- Confident in large tender operations
- B1B2 Visa beneficial

Contract
Salary $3,750, 60 days paid leave per year, $1,500 Flight Allowance paid out after 12 months service, Full Medical Cover, Training Bursary
