Captain in Spain

Summary

HMG is seeking a Captain 200GT (Offshore endorsed) for a 29m, 82GT performance sailing yacht.

You should have:

At least 5 years experience

Engineering skills (AEC 1&2 required)

RINA Class experience

I.O.M. flag state experience

Great eye for detail

Experience managing crew

Good reporting and management skills

Verifiable references with very good history

Experience with LY 2 and LY 3.

Sailing and rigging experience

Carbon Fibre vessel prior experience highly desired.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA Master <200gt / OOW <500gt

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA Approved Engine Course (AEC 1 & 2) Certificate
