Sole Engineer in Netherlands

Summary

HMG is seeking a Y3 Sole Engineer to join a new build in Netherlands, would suit an experienced 2^nd Engineer looking to step up. Possible for a Y4/EOOW that is close to gaining their next ticket.

37m motor yacht, Sole engineer. Looking to start asap, preferably before 15th September, the Yacht can wait a little longer for the right person though.

Joining in the final stages of the build to finalise handover, the yacht will cruise USA/Caribbean/Med and undertake dual seasons. Approximately 12 charters per year + Owner usage.

·        CAT C32 Mains, Kohler Generators, Dometic Aircon, IDEA PMS.

·        Prior new build experience preferred.

·        Very well laid out Engine room.

·        Permanent position – will turn rotational and this will be a contractual clause.

·        Dual season charter/private

·        B1B2/Schengen as required

·        2-year experience minimum in a similar role.

·        Must have Yachting experience.

·        Shared cabin, leave for the initial period is 60 days.

·        Salary: $10,000 USD, negotiable for the right person.

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

• RIII/3 Y3 Chief Engineer (<500gt <3000kW)/ Chief Engineer (SV) (<500gt 3000kW)
