The Candidate Specification
We are looking for an enthusiastic Deckhand to join a 70m+ private/charter yacht. This is a hands-on role supporting the daily exterior operations. The yacht will head into the yard for the winter, so you’ll be joining towards the end of the season as charters wind down. You’ll gain valuable experience learning the yacht’s charter standards in preparation for 2026, while also taking part in a boss trip before the season concludes
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one season's experience on a similar-sized yacht, be currently located in Europe. A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential.
