The Candidate Specification
We are looking for a positive, high-energy Stewardess with around one year of yachting experience to join a fun and supportive interior team of four. You should be eager to rotate through all departments, including laundry, housekeeping, and service, with a strong desire to grow and learn from the full team - not just the Chief Stew.
This is a fast-paced program with frequent guest interaction, so we’re looking for someone confident, adaptable, and proactive. A friendly, guest-focused attitude and strong team spirit are essential.
- Required experience: Ideally 1 year of yachting experience.
