The Candidate Specification
We are looking for a strong and capable Senior Deckhand to join a NEW BUILD 90M+ private yacht. The ideal candidate will be mature, forward-thinking, and positive energy.
You’ll work closely with the Bosun andsupport daily deck operations, tender driving, maintenance, and guest interactions. You must be competent driving large tenders, including large tenders and assist in operating 2 x rescue boats.This role is perfect for someone with 2–3 years’ yachting experience who is now looking to take on more responsibility within a high-performing deck team.

- Qualification: STCW, ENG1, Yachtmaster
- Required Visa: Schengen Visa & B1/B2 advantageous
