Summary
We are looking for a Mate/Engineer & Stew/Cook Couple for a 25m+ Private S/Y
-Permanent position to start the 1st of October in Spain.
-Itinerary - Spain for the Winter and Summer 2026 TBC.
-The First Mate is required to have YM Offshore in hand and have extensive sailing experience.
-AEC 1 is required. Engineering knowledge & skills are essential.
-Strong leadership potential and aspirations to become a Captain.
-The Cook/Stew will need some experience cooking for guests as well as stewardess experience as you will be running the relatively small interior but with the help of Mate and Captain.
-The owner enjoys comfort food, steak, Mediterranean dishes, and family-style service.
-Sailing experience is essential.
-Total of 3 crew onboard.
-Should be fluent in English
-Non smoking vessel
Salary DOE with a standard MLC SEA
