Summary
We are looking for a Chef for a Private Villa/Sailing Yacht in the USA.
-Full time position to start the beginning of November
-Villa is located in Miami, this is not a live in position, therefore the Chef will need to be located in or around Miami.
-Candidates must be a US Citizen or GC Holder.
-The ideal candidate will be a Culinary Trained Chef.
-The Principal owns a yacht therefore experience with sailboats and willingness to travel for a few weeks a year on the boat as needed is essential.
-You should be confident with a wide variety of cuisines and provide fresh, healthy and tasty meals to the family of 5.
-Larger sailing yacht experience is necessary as you will be cooking on the yacht 30% of the time.
-Experience with a Kosher diet is advantageous.
-Should hold a valid drivers license as you will be required to do all the grocery shopping for the villa.
-No smoking in the villa or onboard the yacht.
