Summary
We are looking for a Sole Chef for a 50m+ Private S/Y
-Permanent Position to start the end of Sept in Australia.
-Itinerary: Worldwide
-The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience in the industry. Sole Chef experience is preferred.
-Culinary trained and restaurant background is necessary.
-Experienced with menu planning and provisioning in remote areas is important.
-Candidates should be passionate, enthusiastic and full of energy with great time management and organisational skills.
-You should be confident providing meals for both crew and guests.
-Total of 7 mixed nationality crew onboard and maximum 8 guests.
-Sailing experience is preferable but not essential.
-Candidates should be fluent in English.
-Non-smoking vessel and no visible tattoos.
Salary DOE with standard MLC SEA.
