Summary
Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Sous Chef to join a 90m+ Charter Motor Yacht.
Requirements:
- Ships Cook Certificate (essential)
- Flexibility to adapt to guest preferences, last-minute changes, and high-pressure charter environments
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines, dietary requirements, and modern culinary trends
- Maintain excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, and galley cleanliness
- All certificates valid and in date (minimum 6 months validity)
- Previous charter experience
- Non-smoker, team player, adaptable in a shared cabin environment
- Driving license preferred
- B1/B2 visa advantageous
Salary: 9000 EUR
Rotation: 2:2
Start date: September 1
The vessel will operate a dual-season itinerary (Mediterranean/Caribbean)
