Summary
Burgess recruitment is currently seeking two Interior Steward(ess)es for a 55m private/charter motor yacht.
We are looking for two motivated and enthusiastic steward(ess)es to join a dynamic interior team of four on a well-run 55m private and occasional charter vessel.
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in the industry (shipyard experience a plus)
- Confident across housekeeping and laundry, with flexibility to step into service when required (breakfast service included)
- Strong attention to detail, motivated, and able to take direction well
- STCW Basic Training & ENG1
- B1/B2 visa required
- Easygoing, hardworking team players who contribute positively to the onboard atmosphere
- Active, sociable, and drama-free crew, balancing professionalism with plenty of fun and laughter.

With a strong water sports and fishing program, this is an excellent opportunity for crew who thrive in a hands-on environment and enjoy activities such as diving, wake boarding, surfing, and fishing.
Start: End of September
Salary: EUR 3,250/month, 13th month bonus
Leave: 45 days per year, increasing to 60 after one year onboard
Itinerary: Shipyard until mid-November, then Caribbean season
