Summary

Burgess recruitment are currently seeking a Temp Crew Chef for a 40m+ Private M.Y

Requirements

  • STCW, ENG 1
  • Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently in a small galley
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to slot quickly into an established team
  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and galley cleanliness standard
  • Ability to provision efficiently and work within budget for crew meals
  • Confident in preparing fresh, varied, and nutritious menus for 8–10 crew members daily


Duration: 16 - 22 September

Location: France

Salary: EUR 200-250 per day

Private & Charter vessel with dual season operations.
