Actively looking for an Experienced Rotation Sole Chef to join a 35m+ Private/Charter Motor Yacht.
This is a busy dual season private/charter motor yacht operating in both the Med and Caribbean. We are looking for an experienced chef that is able to work within a small team, that is calm under pressure and able to maintain a clen working environment. The owners are looking for a chef that can produce wholesome meals utilizing fresh and seasonal produce. Clear communication and a flair for creativity would be a candidate that would catch both the Captain an owners attention.
- Start Date: 15th August
- Permanent contract
- Years of culinary experience - 5 years +
- Schengen Visa / B1/B2 in hand
- Size of Team - 6
- Based - No home base as it travels the Med in the summer and Caribbean in the winters
- Fluent English (Additional languages are a plus)
- Qualification - Food Hygiene lvl 2 or higher
- STCW (fully updated) with PSA/PDSD
- Seafarer's Medical Certificate
- Seaman's Discharge Book (preferable)
- Valid Driving License
Salary: €5,000 pcm
Leave: 2:2 Rotation
