The Candidate Specification
We are looking for a Chief Stewardess to join a great team on an exciting new build yacht.This is a hands-on role for someone who is diverse, energetic, and confident managing all areas of the interior - from service and housekeeping to laundry. The ideal candidate will lead by example, bringing structure, positivity, and a strong work ethic to guide and support the interior team. You should be happy to get stuck in wherever needed and foster a collaborative, upbeat atmosphere onboard.
You’ll need to be organised, proactive, and adaptable, with previous experience running a team and maintaining high standards across the board. A sharp eye for detail, calmness under pressure, and strong communication skills are essential.
Yard period for warranty work beginning at the end of September - so prior experience in the yard is important. The yacht will run as a dual-season program but this winter will be in Barcelona, and this is a fantastic opportunity to join at an early stage and truly make the role your own.
