Sous/2nd Chef in United States

Summary

HMG is seeking a Female Sous Chef for a 60m Private motor yacht.

3:1 rotation, the Head chef is looking for an experienced, low drama Sous Chef who delivers healthy and tasty food. Mainly cooking for the crew with occasional assistance to the Head Chef.

Both Head Chefs are very experienced and easy going, they have a lot to offer in terms of knowledge and guidance and are happy to pass these on.

Shared cabin, standard SEA.

MUST have B1B2 in hand.

Only open to female applicants due to cabin arrangements.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Culinary Qualifications (or equivalent)

• Culinary Certificate(s)

Food & Hygiene Qualifications

• Food Hygiene (HABC Level 2)
