Job Specifics: Running a safe program, managing yard periods, strong crew management and motivation, solid accounting/bookkeeping skills. Friendly personality, Solid communicator.
Other: A respectful personality and solid captain experience. Excellent management skills.
Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience. Very good.
Package: Medical coverage, flights to and from the vessel, paid leave, etc. to be finalized during interview process. All are included.
