Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to take direction

Team-oriented with excellent communication skills

Tender driving, water sports, team leader

Leads by example 

Requirements: Chief Mate Duties

Key Responsibilities: 

Bridge, Exterior maintenance, deck crew management

Tender driving and watersports 

Guest interaction 

Assisting with docking, anchoring, watches, navigation and general deck operations

Passport (valid min. 1 year) 

VISA: EU passport or Schengen if needed for Europe (min. 3 months).

B1/B2 visa (min. 6 months)

Background check and drug testing may apply.

Description: We are looking for a hard-working Chief Mate to join our crew aboard a 40m motor yacht. The ideal candidate is a team player with a minimum of 5 years experience in the industry and proven longevity in previous roles. This is a hands-on position suited to someone eager.

Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience. 

Package: Medical coverage, etc. to be finalized during interview process.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RYA Yachtmaster Offshore
