Requirements:

STCW + refresher

ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months)

Food safety and hygiene 

Passport (exp. 1+ years)

High level of service

High standard for housekeeping and laundry

Physically fit, healthy life style preferred

Well spoken and clear communications

Easy going personality 

Drivers License essential and must be comfortable driving in the USA

VISA: B1/B2 visa, Schengen if needed. 

Other Requirements: Someone to rely on while away running errands, etc. We hire a relief CS when I am away on holiday.

Experience: 

-Minimum 3 years with solid all round housekeeping, laundry and service background. 

-Someone with experience on 40-60 meter boats. 

-Laundry expertise and ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently in the laundry room

-must have experience in Deep Cleaning, Detailing, Captains Cabin, Bridge, Crew Mess, general Weeklies/Monthlies maintenance 

-Cocktail, Wine & Cigar knowledge not a deal breaker as I can train on the job

-Experienced in uniform inventory and the process of issuing to and receiving back from crew between seasons

-Proficient in training, guiding and mentoring junior/third stew 

-Must be confident in synchronised and family style service with the ability to carry three plates to and from dining tables

-Owners & Guests wardrobe management and maintenance

-Experience with caring for different materials onboard i.e. Silver, Stainless Steel, Suede, Leather, Marble, Carpet & Hardwood Floors.

-Experienced with the following appliances - Miele, Karcher, Laurastar, Dyson, Keurrig

-Any experience with the Jewish religion and Kosher rules/lifestyle.

Must be well spoken and take pride in their personal presentation. Needs to be proactive in educating themselves in Jewish traditions. Must have an interest in table decor, events and themes. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn as well as adaptability to different routines and changes. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Must have an eye for detail, and ability to follow instructions and adhere to lists and onboard SOP's.

We have a lot of theme nights and fun party plans for the guests upcoming season so someone enthusiastic and always willing to go the extra mile is important to me!

Responsibilities: Full interior - Housekeeping, Service, Laundry. Detailed, highly organized. providing a top level of service. Working as a team in a fun environment. Will be provided additional duties to assist Chief stew. 

Job Specifics: Full interior - working closely with the chief and 3rd stewardess. This is a growing program with great long-term opportunity and excellent ownership.

Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience
