The individual must be self-motivated, very clean, trustworthy and flexible, work well with others, be a good listener and team player. Good provisioning skills, nicely plated meals, healthy choices and a variety of cuisines. Someone that truly loves to cook. Organized, clean galley practices.
Runs with 4 crew and up to 10 guests. No dietary restrictions, but we would like the Chef to know a multitude of cuisines and be capable of accommodating guests' requirements.
