Summary

Position: DECKHAND - minimum 1 years experience (need 3) 

TEMPORARY contract: For one or three months - opportunity to stay Full time. 

STAYS DOCKSIDE

Licence Required: Ideally Yacht Master

MUST have Deck experience on larger yachts is preferred (50m+).   

Requirements: painting, teak work, product knowledge, solid product knowledge and hands on deck maintenance skills.

STCW + Refresher

marine medical or ENG1 (valid for 6 months)

Passport valid 1 year +

B1/B2 visa valid 1 year + or US citizen/green card 

TWIC card is a bonus

Preferences: deck license

II/4 or II/5 (RFPNW or Able Seafarer)

Job Specifics: Deckhand - this yacht is dockside. No guests on board. For sale. Ideal for someone that wants experience on a large luxury yacht. 

Work week is typically Mon-Fri 8am-4pm plus scheduled weekend watches. The time can be more or less depending on the vessel needs but the time listed is a standard week.

This is a non-traditional roll as we will not have guests, no guest trips. 

Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience
