We are looking for a chef who can offer a wide variety of dishes based on fresh fish and with a flair for Japanese cuisine.
Owners like to eat simple meals but well-elaborated. They like to eat the fresh catch of the day.
Good provisioning skills, nicely plated meals, healthy choices and a variety of cuisines. Someone that truly loves to cook. Organized, clean galley practices.
They would like the Chef to know a multitude of cuisines and be capable of accommodating guests' requirements.
Salary range: 6000-7000 USD, Standard SEA, package TBD.
