We are urgently recruiting for a Sous/Crew Chef to step in and cover for a crew member. This period of the season is anticipated to be demanding, therefore someone ready to hit the ground running and confident to prepare healthy balanced meals for the crew. and confident in preparing nutritious and well-balanced meals for the crew. Furthermore, the Sous/Crew Chef will be expected to offer support to the Head Chef as required, maintain a pristine and well-organized workspace, and demonstrate exemplary time management skills. Excellent references are essential.
