Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Captain to join a busy Private M/Y who has experience on similar size vessels. This is also an excellent opportunity for someone stepping into their first drive! They need to be confident in all aspects of running a yacht, seamanship, budget management and be able to ensure safety of the crew, guests and the vessel. They need to be able to lead by example, motivate crew, have excellent communication skills and have the ability to handle direct interaction with the owner. A Captain who is able to remain calm, professional, positive and share common values such as integrity, transparency and compassion would be welcomed. Excellent references are essential and proven longevity is valued.
Contract: Permanent with 60 days annual leave
