The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership and management skills, possess outstanding service skills, and exhibit adaptability to owner/guest movements throughout the season. Given the busy season ahead, a Chief Stewardess who can effectively motivate her team, maintain high energy levels, and display consistent positivity would be a great fit. Excellent references are essential and proven longevity is valued.
Contract: Seasonal with the chance to go permanent
