We are seeking an experienced Sole Chef to join a private program based in the Mediterranean. The ideal candidate will possess the culinary expertise to prepare high-quality dishes, with a focus on Mediterranean, fresh, and healthy cuisine. This role requires exceptional time management and organisational skills, as the chef will be responsible for preparing meals for both guests and crew. The ability to accommodate various dietary requirements is essential. Additional responsibilities include managing provisions and adhering to budgets. The successful candidate will demonstrate a calm demeanour under pressure, adaptability, and a positive personality. Excellent references are essential.
Experience: 1+ year min in yachting with a strong culinary background
