Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Second Stewardess to join a busy 44-meter private motor yacht. Working closely with the Chief Stewardess and the interior team, the Second Stew will play a key role in delivering high standards of guest service, while also assisting in the day-to-day running of the interior department.
Task and responsibilities
• Support the Chief Stewardess in all interior operations
• Rotate between service, housekeeping, and laundry duties
• Provide top-tier service during guest trips, including table settings, mixology, and fine dining
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the interior
• Assist in inventory management and provisioning
• Help train and guide junior stews when necessary
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a positive team environment
Profile and conditions
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role on yachts 40m+
• Strong background in housekeeping and service
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic team
• STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 2 (mandatory)
• Non-smoker, no visible tattoos
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Permanent contract rotation 3 month on 1 month off under Monaco flag : European passport or titre de sejour issued (with a proof of home) in the Alps maritime or Imperia will be required
